Privacy policy

In order to complete our work as your accountant and tax advisors we need to hold sensitive personal data.

That data will not be shared with any third party without prior written consent from you.

Third parties we will share your data with include HM Revenue & Customs and Companies House.

Your data will not be used for marketing purposes.

Data will be held for 7 years and then destroyed. This is in line with HM Revenue & Customs and Companies Act requirements.

Access to data

You have the right to request copies of data held by Grass & Holm.

We reserve the right to charge a fee for producing the data. The fee will be based upon the administrative cost of providing said data and quoted upon receipt of the request.

We will provide requested data within one calendar month of receiving your request.
